With our new Shopify app, you no longer need to copy-and-paste a JavaScript snippet into your theme. Simply install the app once, and Digioh.js will be automatically injected—and kept in place—even when you publish new themes.
Step 1: Access the Digioh App & Confirm Your Shopify Account
Go to the Digioh app using this link:https://apps.shopify.com/digioh
While on the Shopify App page, make sure you’re logged into the correct Shopify account.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Shopify admin to verify.

Step 2: Install & Connect Your Digioh Account
- Once you’ve confirmed you’re in the right store, click Install.

- You’ll be directed to a new page prompting you to connect to your Digioh account.
- Click Install again in that modal. A second modal will then appear to Link Your Digioh Account.

Note: Before clicking Link, ensure you’re logged into the correct Digioh workspace in another browser tab
Step 3: Add a custom CNAME for Digioh

Step 4: Enabling Digioh.js on Your Live Theme
- In the app dashboard, click Enable Theme Extension.

- Then click Open Theme Editor.
- In the Shopify Theme Editor sidebar, find Digioh Embed and toggle it On.

- Click Save in the theme editor.

After saving, you will see Digioh script on the frontend like this:

Why this matters:
- Digioh.js will now be permanently attached to that theme.
- If you ever publish or switch to a new theme, the Digioh Embed toggle remains as a reminder to turn it on—eliminating lost pop-ups or quizzes after theme updates.
Note: Remove Any Existing Manual Digioh JS Snippets
If you previously added Digioh.js manually to your theme’s <head>, remove that code now to avoid double-injection.
FAQs & Troubleshooting
- My pop-up still isn’t firing.
- Verify Digioh.js is toggled on in the Theme Editor.
- Ensure you’ve removed any old manual snippet.
- Test in a private/incognito window with a simple Digioh box targeting ?DIGIOH_TEST in the URL.
- Can Digioh install the app for me?
Yes—we can install it, but it’s best practice to have you as a client install it while you’re logged into your account. - What about my post-checkout survey setup?
You’ll configure surveys from the same app dashboard under Checkout Settings—no spreadsheets or manual webhook steps required.
