Overview
AI Campaigns are built with the AI editor, and they work differently from classic campaigns. Campaign-level extensions (the ones you install from Extensions and turn on for a campaign) do not run on AI Campaigns.
The most common things those extensions did are built into AI Campaigns instead. You don't install anything: tell the AI editor what you want in plain words ("add a copy button next to the code", "only show the zip code field if they pick United States") and it adds it to the campaign.
Nothing changes for your classic campaigns. Extensions keep working on them exactly as before, and you can run classic and AI Campaigns side by side on the same site.Note: if your account has extensions installed, the AI editor tells you which ones won't carry over before it builds the campaign, and what it will use instead.
Covered automatically
These keep working on AI Campaigns with nothing to set up. Keep the extension installed on your account: Digioh sends the campaign events and visitor identity itself on AI Campaigns.
Google Analytics 4 Event Tracking: campaign views, page changes and submits are sent to GA4.
Owned Identity (TPAU) for Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, Yotpo, Ometria and Dotdigital: known visitors are still identified, and identity on submit works the same way.
Passport Recover + Grow and the Shopify TPAU Event Relay.
***Shopify Cart Targeting and Personalization: Display rules based on cart items and values are supported. Cart Merge Tags and showing Cart Contents are not yet supported.
Note: other tracking extensions that send campaign events to their own tool (for example Segment, Amplitude, mParticle, RudderStack, Adobe Analytics, Chord, or Klaviyo Track and Identify) don't show a notice in the AI editor. Before you rely on them for an AI Campaign, check with support that your events are arriving.

Generate a batch of unique codes for your discount in Shopify, upload them to a new coupon group set to give out a code on submit, and ask the AI editor to show that group's code on the thank you page. Click to Copy Button | A copy button. It works on coupon codes or any text in the campaign. |

Multi-Select All and None of Above Buttons, Selected Button and Checkbox Count Validation | A "None of the above" option and a minimum or maximum number of selections. On a quiz question, ask for the question to require a minimum or maximum number of answers. There is no "select all" button. |
Box Auto Close / Change Page | Closing the popup after a delay. This works for popups and other overlays, not for inline (embedded) campaigns. |
Multiple Choice Quiz | A quiz. Describe the questions and results you want and the AI editor builds it as an AI Campaign. |
Improved Error Bubbles | Nothing: field error messages are built in. |

Everything else
The extensions below aren't built into AI Campaigns. If you need one of them on an AI Campaign, contact support at support@digioh.com: many of these can be added to that campaign as custom code. Otherwise, keep using a classic campaign for that use case.
