Duplicate (Copy) a Campaign From One Account to Another in Digioh

Super Users can duplicate a Campaign from one account to another using a special URL. This is useful for copying campaigns across client accounts or staging environments.

Before You Start

Make sure you have the following:

• A Super User account in Digioh
• The 6-digit Campaign ID of the campaign you want to copy (from the source account)
• The 5-digit Account ID of the destination account you want to copy it to

Steps

1. Start with the URL template below. You'll fill in two values before using it. https://account.digioh.com/Box/DuplicateToUser?boxId={sourceCampaignId}&targetUserId={destinationAccountID}
   (Note: Remove curly brackets)
2. Get the Campaign ID from the source account. Log in to the account that contains the campaign you want to copy. Find the campaign in your Campaign list. The 6-digit Campaign ID is shown below its name (for example, 324905).
3. Get the Account ID for the destination account. While logged in to the destination account, go to the Admin dropdown and copy its 5-digit Account ID next to the account name (for example, 45171).
4. Build your URL. Replace {sourceCampaignId} with the 6-digit Campaign ID from step 2, and replace {destinationAccountID} with the 5-digit destination Account ID from step 3.For example, with the values we collected above, your URL would look like:https://account.digioh.com/Box/DuplicateToUser?boxId=324905&targetUserId=45171
5. Run the URL. Login into the account where the source campaign is, paste the completed URL into your browser, and press Enter.

Troubleshooting

If you see an error, check the following:

• You must be a Super User. Standard account users cannot perform this action.
• Confirm you are logged into the account where the source campaign lives when running the URL, not just any account.
• Double-check your IDs. The Campaign ID is 6 digits; the Account ID is 5 digits. Using the wrong one in the wrong field is the most common cause of errors.
• Make sure both accounts exist and are active. If either account has been suspended or deleted, the duplication will fail.
