How to Optimize for Screen Readers in Digioh

Screen readers are an important part of keeping the internet accessible. The ADA Box Controls for Screen Readers V2 extension ensures that your Digioh Campaigns are set up correctly for screen reader compatibility, including appropriate ARIA labels, tab ordering, and roles. Once installed, the extension runs automatically on all Campaigns in your account.

Installing the Extension

1. Log in to your Digioh account.
2. Navigate to the Extensions section under your account name menu.
3. Find ADA Box Controls for Screen Readers V2 in the Accessibility section and click Install.
4. Once installed, make sure to click Publish to Your Site for the extension to start running.

The extension will now run on all Campaigns in your account.

Disabling the Extension for a Specific Campaign

If there is a Campaign you want to opt out of the extension, you can disable it using campaign-level metadata.

1. Open the Campaign in the Campaign Editor.
2. Navigate to Settings > Campaign Settings > Campaign metadata.
3. Add the following metadata:

• Metadata Key: disable_screen_reader
• Value: true

4. Click Save and publish the Campaign.
