How to Set up my Error Page for my Iterable Email Preference Center

To set up an Error Page for your Iterable Email Preference Center, first, make sure you are in PC Mode within Push Planet.

To change your mode within the platform, just click on the current mode. Then, select Preference Center from the drop-down where you initially might see LP (Landing Page).

Once in the PC (Preference Center) mode, click into the PC campaign to see the following options:

You can set your Error page to extra pages within your built pages in Push Planet, a custom URL on your site, a URL from a landing page built in Push Planet or a 404-page.

Note:We recommend using a 404 page, but you can create a custom erorr page with a message such as:

"We weren't able to find a profile matching your email address, please contact support@[your-domain] for support."
