A

Account Styles
Account-level style settings that define default design across campaigns.

B

Banner
A bar that displays at the top or bottom of the browser window. It can be set to stick to the page and follow the visitor as they scroll.
boxqamode
The URL parameter (?boxqamode) added to a site URL to enter Digioh QA Mode. QA mode is sticky, so it persists after the first load until exited.
Branching Logic
Campaign logic that changes the path a visitor takes (e.g. which page or question shows next) based on their inputs.
Breakpoint
A screen-width point in the editor that defines a responsive layout, letting you design different versions for desktop, mobile, and other screen sizes.

C

Campaign
An on-site experience created in Digioh. Campaigns can be Pop Ups, Sidebars, Banners, or Inline.
Campaign Pages
The multiple steps or screens within a single campaign, used to build a multi-step experience.
Conditions
Rules applied to a campaign that control its display based on factors like URL, frequency, device, geolocation, referrer, UTM, and more.
Conversion
A completed desired action on a campaign, typically a form submission, used to measure performance.
Custom Field
A configurable form field (e.g. custom_1, custom_2) used to capture and pass additional data into integrations and pipelines.
Custom JavaScript
Custom code added to a campaign or account to control behavior, fire pixels, validate input, or run logic at campaign lifecycle events.

D

Data Storage Settings
Account- and campaign-level settings controlling whether and how submission data is stored: Data Storage Enabled, Obfuscated, or Data Storage Disabled.
Design Editor
The visual editor used to design a campaign's layout, forms, and pages.
Digioh JavaScript
The script installed on a customer's website that loads and runs Digioh campaigns.
Digioh Passport
A feature that progressively builds persistent visitor profiles without relying on third-party cookies, storing identity in a durable layer and passing it back to your ESP for targeting and personalization even after browser cookies are cleared.
Display Rules
The conditions that determine when, where, and to whom a campaign is shown.
Dynamic Item
A campaign-level configuration that reads a value from a source (URL, page, visitor, or data source) and injects a custom value into the campaign, can be used for customizing content or populating fields.

E

ESP
Email Service Provider; the email marketing platform (e.g. Klaviyo, Iterable) that Digioh sends captured contacts and data to.
Extension
An installable add-on that extends Digioh's functionality for specific use cases.
Extra Page
The multiple steps or screens within a single campaign, used to build a multi-step experience.

Fallback Value
The default value a Dynamic Item uses when its source returns no value, ensuring the campaign always has something to display.
Form Editor
The part of the editor used to build and configure form fields within a campaign.

H

Hidden Field
A form field that is not visible to the visitor but is submitted with the form, used to pass extra data to integrations.

I

Impression
A recorded instance of a campaign being displayed to a visitor.
Inline
A campaign embedded directly into the page content rather than popping open. Commonly placed in a footer, right rail, or landing page.
Integration
A connection that lets Digioh send captured data to an external platform's API, such as Klaviyo, Iterable, or HubSpot.

J

jQuery Selector
A CSS/jQuery selector used in Digioh to target page elements, for example to trigger a campaign on click or to embed an inline campaign at a specific location.

L

Landing Page
A standalone hosted page built in Digioh/Push Planet, separate from on-site campaign overlays.
Lightbox
A pop up campaign that displays over the page content, typically with an overlay behind it.

M

Main Page
The first/primary page of a campaign in the editor, where the main form and content live.
Merge Tag
A placeholder token that gets replaced with a real value (such as a form field, analytics value, or dynamic item) inside text, buttons, redirect URLs, labels, and default values.
Metadata
Custom key/value data set at the account or campaign level to control behavior or store information, configured under the Account Metadata section.

O

Outcomes Logic
A quiz results mode where each combination of answers maps to a configured set of recommended products, defined with AND/OR rules plus fallback and exception outcomes.

P

Pipeline
A multi-step data flow that tailors each integration, telling Digioh what data to send and where to send it, with mapping and conditions applied to the payload.
Pop Up
A campaign that displays a CTA or form over your site content. It can be positioned anywhere on the page and shown over a color, image, opaque overlay, or no background.
Preference Center
A hosted page (via Push Planet) where subscribers manage their email/SMS preferences and subscriptions.
Product Recommendation Quiz

A quiz that recommends products to visitors based on their answers, using outcomes or scoring logic and a product feed.

PRQ
Product Recommendation Quiz

A quiz that recommends products to visitors based on their answers, using outcomes or scoring logic and a product feed.

Publishing
The process of pushing campaign changes to Digioh's servers so they are cached and load instantly for site visitors.
Push Planet
Digioh's product for building hosted landing pages and preference centers, handled separately from on-site campaigns.

Q

QA Mode
A testing mode that lets you preview unpublished campaign changes on your live site without affecting real visitors.
Quick Start Theme
A theme that ships with preset best-practice display conditions so a campaign is ready to display correctly with minimal setup.
Quiz
An interactive multi-step campaign that asks questions and provides personalized product recommendations based on the answers.
Quiz Builder
The Digioh tool used to build and configure quizzes, including questions, logic, and results.
Qwizard
Digioh's product-upload tool for quizzes. Products are loaded from a Google Sheet/CSV with PRQ-prefixed column headers to build the quiz's recommendation set.

R

Reporting
Digioh's analytics covering subscriber data and campaign metrics such as impressions, conversions, and submissions.
Results Page
The page that displays a quiz's recommended results to the visitor, hosted either on Digioh or on Shopify.
Ruleset
A reusable group of rules that can be added to a campaign as a single item, making it easy to apply and edit commonly-used display conditions in one place.

S

Scoring Logic
A quiz results mode that recommends results based on points or weights assigned to answers, used for score-based or trivia-style quizzes.
Screen Size
A responsive design view (e.g. desktop or mobile) used to tailor a campaign's layout to different devices.
Shopify App
Digioh's app for Shopify that installs the Digioh script and enables features like identity events and cart targeting.
Sidebar
A campaign that appears in a fixed position along the edge of the page. It can be animated, made sticky to follow the visitor while scrolling, or used as a teaser that opens a full pop up on click.
Single Campaign Publishing
A publishing experience that re-caches only the one campaign you changed, rather than reprocessing your entire campaign library, and replaces the on/off toggle with a Published / Not Published status.
Sitewide Rules
Account-wide settings that prevent visitors from being shown too many campaigns at once, controlling how pop ups, sidebars, banners, and inlines interact across the site.
Smart Tag
An HTML snippet (Campaign Smart Tag) placed in your site's HTML that defines exactly where an inline campaign should render when the page loads.
Subscriber Data
Stored visitor and submission data available for reporting and export.

T

Teaser
A small persistent sidebar campaign that stays on screen after a visitor closes a pop up, letting them reopen the full campaign later.
Thank You Page
The confirmation page or section shown after a visitor submits a campaign form.
Theme
A pre-built campaign starting point with preset design. Quick Start themes also include best-practice display conditions.

Weighting Logic
Quiz logic that assigns weights to answers so certain responses influence the recommended products or results more strongly.

Z

Zero Party Data
Information a customer intentionally and proactively shares, such as preferences and quiz answers, which Digioh collects and passes to marketing platforms.
