How to reset your Digioh or Push Planet password

Locked out of your Digioh or Push Planet account? Reset your password in a couple of minutes using the steps below.

Reset your password

1. Go to account.digioh.com for a Digioh account, or account.pushplanet.com for a Push Planet account.

2. Click Forgot Password.

3. Enter the email address on your account and submit the request.

4. Check your email for the reset directions and follow it to set a new password. Keep this password secure. 

Not seeing the email?

Work through these checks in order:

1. Check spam and other folders. Search your spam, junk, and any auto-filtered folders, not just your inbox.

2. Check for corporate email filtering. If you're on a corporate network, ask your IT team to check the firewall or quarantine for the message.

3. Add Digioh and Push Planet to your address book. Add contact@digioh.com and contact@pushplanet.com as approved senders, then request the reset again.
