With Push Planet, you’re able to create custom preference center that connect to your Iterable project, allowing your email subscribers to update their subscriptions and manage the content they receive.
Before getting started, you’ll need to create a Server-Side API key in Iterable and use it to connect Iterable to Push Planet!
Connecting Iterable to Push Planet
To connect your Iterable project to your Push Planet account, you’ll create a new Iterable integration:
- Log into your Push Planet account and select Integrations from the navbar:

- Click New Integration:

- In the Integration dropdown, select any of the Iterable integrations:

- Provide a friendly name for the integration
- Click Create Integration
- On the next page, paste in your Server-Side API key. Please do not expose or share this API Key.
- Select the identifier your Iterable project uses (email / userId / hybrid)
- By default as part of Digioh’s integration security, we restrict the dataFields that can be retrieved from Iterable profiles to just the email, userId, and the IDs for the subscribed lists, messageTypes, and channels.
- If additional fields need to be mapped on your preference center, you can include the field names in the ‘Include Profile Fields’ list:

- Hit ‘Save’ to create your Iterable connection!
Now that your Iterable project is connected to Push Planet, you can create your preference center!
