To troubleshoot a form that isn’t submitting, follow these steps.
1. Make sure you have a Button added to your lightbox and the “Click Action” is set to “Submit Form”.
2. Make sure your form is turned on.
3. While there are some exceptions, forms generally require an email address to submit. Make sure the email field is turned on.
