This guide walks you through installing the Digioh Web Pixel on your Shopify site so you can send custom Digioh events to Klaviyo.
Follow these three simple steps:
- Create a Klaviyo connection in Digioh (if you don’t have one yet, find instructions here).
- Copy your Digioh User GUID and Klaviyo Integration ID, then insert them in the code snippet.
- Request Custom Pixel Code, which will be a code template simply needing the specification of your Digioh User GUID & Klaviyo Integration ID
- Add a Custom Pixel in Shopify, paste the updated code, and save. You’re done!
Step-by-step
Part 1 — Create a Klaviyo connection
- Visit https://account.digioh.com/Integrations/Klaviyo/Install and install the Klaviyo app.
Part 2 — Grab your IDs
- User GUID
- In Digioh, hover over your account name (top-right) and click the copy button.

- Integration ID

- Navigate to Integrations → Current Integrations and copy the ID of the Klaviyo integration you just created.

Part 3 — Request Pixel Code
Email support@digioh.com, or your current Digioh contact, to request the code template to update with your Digioh User GUID and Klaviyo Integration ID
Part 4 — Add the pixel in Shopify

- Open Shopify Admin → Settings → Customer events.
- Click Add Custom Pixel.
- Name it something like “Digioh Custom Pixel.”
- Paste the code supplied by Digioh, replacing
YOUR_USER_GUID
andYOUR_INTEGRATION_ID
with the values from Part 2. - Save and Connect the app.
That’s it—Digioh Web Pixel is now installed, and the following onsite events will flow into Klaviyo:
- Checkout Started
- Add to Cart
- Viewed Product Page
- Viewed Collection Page
