Box Position

Applies to: Embedded

Configure how embedded boxes are placed on site.

Position Using

Configure how an embedded box will be positioned on site using one of three options:

    • Box Smart Tag: This is the most straightforward option for injecting an embedded box. A unique HTML <div> element is provided in the editor, it needs to be embedded on any page(s) where the box should appear.
    • Universal Smart Tag: Similar to the Box Smart Tag, but instead a generic <div> is provided. This <div> is intended to be embedded on site where any embedded box should appear.
      • When multiple embedded boxes are configured to use Box Smart Tags, the box conditions will determine which box will display on a given page.
  • CSS Selector: Set the embedded box’s injection point on site by specifying an existing HTML element that the box should check for and inject itself when both the element is found and its conditions pass.
    • A comma-separated list of selectors (e.g., #header, #footer) can be used to inject the box at multiple places on the same page.

Smart Tag Placeholder Image

Add a placeholder image that will appear while the box first loads. Using a placeholder image will provide a new <div>.

Box Margins

Applies to: Embedded

Configure additional margins that are applied to the top, right, bottom, and/or left of embedded boxes.

Border Styles

Applies to: Embedded

Configure a box-level border which will appear around the edges of the embedded box.

Screen Overlay Background

Applies to: Pop Ups, Sidebars

Configure how the screen will appear behind the box when it fires. The screen overlay can be configured to either use a specific color, with an optional gradient, or an image can be used.

Click Outside Lightbox to Close

The Screen Overlay Background settings also contain the ‘Click Outside Lightbox to Close’ toggle which allows the box to be set to close when users click anywhere outside the box.

Close Button Settings

Applies to: Pop Ups, Sidebars, Banners

Select Close Button Image

When toggled on, this will automatically add a close button to each page of the box. If no specific image is selected, a default close button image will be used.

Please Note: The close button will not be visible in the box editor, but will appear when the box is previewed.

Close Button Positioning

Configure the corner of the box where the close button will appear: Top Right, Top Left, Bottom Left, Bottom Right

Close Button Offset
