Say you have multiple lightboxes running in your account, but you want to stop displaying all lightboxes to users who have previously submitted any lightboxes. This makes sense if you only have one email list or are a B2B company.

Our Master Rules make it easy to do this.

Step 1: Go to Master Rules by Clicking “Other Actions”, then “Master Rules.”

Step 2: Select the option “Do not show any more lightboxes after a form is submitted.”
