To set up an integration to pass submissions to a Salesforce Marketing Cloud data extension, head to the Integrations page of your account, and click the New Integration button.
On the next page, select Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Extension (Basic) from the dropdown.
Then enter the instance your SFMC account is on, your Client ID, and the external key for your data extension.
Then click the Create Integration button. On the next page, you’ll be able to set up any additional field mapping you’d like to include in the integration.
