When creating multi-step campaigns, there may be times where you need to configure different submit actions for different pages as users progress through the flow. With the Override Campaign Integrations setting, you can configure form-level integrations that take precedence over the default integrations set at the Campaign level, or skip submissions entirely.
How to Enable and Configure Override Campaign Integrations
Step 1: Open the Form Editor
-
In the Digioh editor, go to the Campaign that contains your form.
-
Select the Form tab and subtab:
- Toggle Override Campaign Integrations on:
- You’ll then be able to select what should happen when the form is submitted:
-
- Submit form and run all Campaign integrations: This is the default functionality for all forms. The form on the page will perform a submission and run all Campaign-level integrations.
- Skip submission and integrations for this page: With this option, no actual submission will be performed by the page and no integrations will run. Instead, any form data captured on the page will be pushed to the dataLayer and stored for a future submission.
- Submit form and override / replace Campaign integrations: With this option, a submission will occur but only the specified Page Level integrations will be run:
This option is useful if you have a different provider for your SMS than email and need to fire a different integration to subscribe users to your SMS flow.
