How To Integrate With Zapier

Zapier makes it easy to integrate services together to create a custom workflow. With Digioh’s Zapier integration, you can trigger actions in a variety of services when you get a new lead.

Please note: Connecting Digioh to Zapier requires a Premium Zapier account with access to Webhooks.

If you are setting up a Digioh integration by yourself, we first recommend reading about Digioh Integration Basics.

For the purposes of this tutorial, we’re going to create a Zap to send an email via Gmail after a user submits a Digioh campaign.

Creating the Zapier Integration

  1. In Zapier, create a new Zap.
  2. For the Zap’s trigger, select Webhook:
  3. Select ‘Catch Hook’ for the Trigger Event:
  4. You can leave the ‘Pick off a Child Key’ field blank.
  5. Copy the Webhook URL from the Test Step – You’ll need this in Digioh:
  6. In Digioh, select Integrations -> New Integrations
  7. Select Zapier Static Webhook for the Integration – You’ll then be able to provide a friendly name for the integration and paste in your webhook URL:
  8. Once your integration is created, you can then add it to your campaigns as needed. No further configuration is needed for mapping – The entire form will be sent on submission. This page from our help docs outlines the form fields that will be passed.

Using Digioh Data in your Zap

Now that you’ve got your integration created and passing data to Zapier, let’s walk through creating the next step of the Zap to actually use the Digioh data. For this example, we’ll be setting up a step that will send an email via Gmail.

  1. In Digioh, preview and submit the campaign that will be using the Zapier integration.
  2. In your Zap, under the Webhook trigger, test the webhook and select the test submission from step 1:
  3. For the next action in the Zap, add a Gmail step – Configure the step with Action Event = ‘Send Email’ and connect the appropriate Google account:
  4. In the Configure step, the email can be configured as needed, with submission data added using Zapier’s tokens:

From here, configure the remainder of the Zap as necessary, and then make sure it is turned on and published and you should be all set!
