How to View and Export Box Submission Data in Digioh

What You’ll Learn in This Article:

  • How to access and view your box submission data within Digioh.
  • Different ways to export your submission data.
  • How to automate daily data exports.

Once your boxes have been gathering data, the next step is to understand how to access and review the responses inside Digioh.

Step 1

Gather your box details. You’ll need:

  • The six digit box ID

  •   The custom fields that the box uses

Step 2

Hover on the Reporting tab from the top navigation bar, and then click on Subscriber Data.

Step 3

Click on Advanced.

Step 4

Select your box and desired time frame

Step 5

Select your custom field(s) that you want to include in the report and hit search.

Step 6

The submissions will be displayed. Hit Export Custom to have a .csv file of the results sent to your email. It can take up to 30 minutes to receive this email.

The CSV export will be of all RAW data that we collect. You will love it! You can easily import this into Tableau or any other BI system you use.

Hit Export Past Months to download submissions by month.

NOTE 1: If you have data storage turned off, this section will not exist since this data is not stored on Digioh’s servers.
NOTE 2: If you only use Digioh for redirects (not collecting email submissions), you will see a blank export, since this is for submission data.

Is it possible to automate the export process?

Yes! To receive submissions to your box in a daily CSV spreadsheet, follow these instructions.

Step 1

Hover on the Integration tab from the top navigation bar, and then click on New Integration.

Step 2

Select CSV Daily Output from the integration dropdown menu. Enter the name and email of the person to receive the CSV. Select the box you want to receive data from. Your screen will look something like this:

Click Create Integration to save your changes.

NOTE: To send the daily CSV to multiple people, set up a separate integration for each recipient.

Step 3

On the next page, map the fields on your box to the fields in your CSV. If, for example, you want the form’s email field mapped to a column named Email in your CSV, set it up like this:

In this example, the field name “Email” will be populated with data from the EMAIL field on your box and the field name “Organization” will be populated with data from the CUSTOM_1 field on your box. This is useful for mapping data from custom fields.

When complete, click Save Field Mapping.

Finally, if you haven’t assigned any box in step 2 or you want to add another box, assign this integration to the box(es) you want a report for.

And that’s it! Each day at 4am PST, we’ll send a CSV containing your submission data.
