To use a custom domain in Digioh lightbox, contact us, and we will enable the feature for you.
Next, follow the steps below to configure your custom domain:
- Create a CNAME Record: pointing from your domain (i.e. [SUBDOMAIN].[YOURDOMAIN].com, like boxes.domain.com) to customers.lightboxcdn.com
- Email us so we can verify and apply SSL. We’ll take care of this on our end.
For Apex Domains: Point out the CNAME to WWW.YOUR-DOMAIN.COM
After we confirm the configuration is completed, navigate to Profile > Setup Instructions to find your new installation code with the custom domain.
