We’ve made reordering your tasks way smoother and less chaotic. Here’s how the updated drag and drop feature works.
Getting Started
Finding the reorder button: By default, you won’t see any drag handles cluttering up your task list. Look for the reorder button (it looks similar to the one on your campaign home page) and click it to enter reordering mode.
What happens next: Once you click reorder, drag handles appear on your tasks and you can start moving things around.
Moving Tasks Around
Dragging tasks: Click and hold any task, then drag it where you want it to go.
Drop zones: Here’s the big improvement – instead of showing drop zones for every single task (which made the screen jump around like crazy), you’ll only see the drop zone for the task you’re currently hovering over. Much cleaner and way less disorienting.
Visual feedback: The interface stays smooth and predictable while you’re dragging. No more tasks flying off the screen or sudden layout shifts.
Saving or Canceling Changes
Save your changes: When you’re happy with the new order, click “Save” to make it permanent. All the drag handles disappear and you’re back to your normal task view.
Changed your mind? Hit “Cancel” and everything goes back exactly how it was before you started reordering. Nothing gets saved accidentally.
No auto-save: Unlike before, your changes aren’t saved automatically as you drag. This gives you the freedom to experiment with different arrangements without worrying about messing things up.
Why This Update Matters
The old version was functional but frustrating – too many visual distractions and the screen would jump around every time you tried to move something. Now it’s clean, predictable, and actually pleasant to use when you need to reorganize your workflow.
