To complete this process, you will need access to your DNS hosting provider such as Cloudflare or GoDaddy. If you don’t have access, please connect with someone on your team who has access such as your IT Administrator.
To set up your custom domain, follow these instructions:
- Within your DNS Hosting Provider, create a CNAME record pointing from your domains (i.e. [SUBDOMAIN].[YOURDOMAIN].com, like preferences.domain.com) to customers.pushplanet.com
- You cannot use digioh or pushplanet as part of the custom subdomain. For example, pushplanet.mydomain.com will not work.
- Within your DNS Hosting Provider, create a TXT record pointing
asuid.[ SUBDOMAIN].[YOUR-DOMAIN].com to564B4CDD3DCDC5A9BD957DDF67BDD21C8485031BC54BCFA1E869BF79B4D15A64
- Email support@digioh.com so we can verify and apply SSL. We’ll take care of this on our end.
For Apex Domains: Point out the CNAME to WWW.YOUR-DOMAIN.COM and the TXT record to asuid.WWW.YOUR-DOMAIN.COM
To set a path for the page you created, do the following:
Step 1: Click Edit in the URL column
Step 2: Enter in your URL path, and save your changes
